Chatter was founded and is run by Sandra Silvi, a coach, counsellor and Behaviour Support Practitioner who wanted to create support that feels professional without being too clinical, practical without being rigid, and genuinely easy to understand.
With experience across coaching, behaviour support, leadership and business, Sandra brings a relaxed, down-to-earth approach focused on honest conversations, practical strategies and meeting people exactly where they are -  because sometimes the best place to start is simply having a good chat.
